WHP Founder Terese Tande received the Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award during a ceremony at Northwestern Medicine, Chicago, on January 18, 2024. She was recognized for “exemplifying the ideals of community giving, equality, unity and excellence that Northwestern Medicine seeks to enhance and sustain” through her work with WHP.
