Dr. Chantal Nde joins the project with 10 years of experience in Food Safety and has served in a variety of food safety positions such as Research Associate at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Manager of Food Safety and Microbiology at KraftHeinz Company. She is currently a Principal Scientist-Food Safety at PepsiCo, Frito-Lay.

A Graduate of the University of Buea where she obtained a B.Sc. in Microbiology, Dr. Nde has a PhD in Food Safety from North Dakota State University.
