Ludwig Manga Williams

Ludwig brings over 15 years of experience in problem identification, project feasibility study and design, appraisal, monitoring, evaluation, grant writing and institutional development.

As an independent consultant, he developed, secured and managed funding on capacity development, poverty alleviation, environmental conservation, HIV/AIDS sensitization, participatory research, institutional development, non-profit management, fundraising, and conflict management.

He has implemented projects funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Department for International Development (DFID-UK), Sight and Life International, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), World Conservation Union, UN-Habitat, GEF- World Bank Project, World Wildlife Fund (WWF-US),and a host of other international organizations.

Ludwig holds an MBA in finance and Risk Management and a Masters in Accountancy from Saint Peters University. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Accounting from Rutgers University, and a diploma in International Development from Pan African Institute for International Development West Africa.
